Tile Atlas Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tile Atlas (“the game”), published by Cortexlumora Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

Your Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game or its content, except where the law allows it.

Coins, Boosters and Purchases

• Coins and boosters are virtual items for use in the game only. They have no real-world monetary value, can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and can’t be transferred.
• Purchases are made through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Purchased items are consumed when used. Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem, except where the law gives you other rights.
• Your progress, coins and boosters are stored on your device. Deleting the game or losing your device may remove them, and we can’t restore them.
• We may change prices, items, rewards or the game’s balance over time.

Ads

The game offers optional video ads, for example for free coins or to continue a level. Watching them is always your choice. Ads are provided by third parties; we aren’t responsible for their content or for products they advertise.

Fair Play

Please don’t cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools that modify the game or interfere with purchases or ads. We may stop providing rewards that were obtained this way.

Changes and Availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game or any part of it at any time. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimer and Liability

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless the law of the country where you live requires otherwise.
