Tile Atlas Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Tile Atlas (“the game”), a tile-matching puzzle published by Cortexlumora Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles your information. In short: your progress stays on your device, we don’t ask you to create an account, and the only third parties involved are the services that process in-app purchases and the optional video ads you choose to watch.

Information Stored on Your Device

Your level, coins, boosters and settings (such as sound, music and language) are stored only on your device so the game remembers them. We don’t receive this information. It is removed when you delete the game.

Accounts

Tile Atlas has no accounts or sign-in. We don’t ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.

In-App Purchases

You can buy coins and bundles. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details.

To deliver what you bought, the game uses RevenueCat, a purchase processing service. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt from Apple, an anonymous identifier created by the game, and basic device information such as the app version and country of the App Store. It does not receive your name or contact details. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Tile Atlas shows video ads only when you choose to watch one, for example to earn free coins or to continue a level. There are no banner ads and no ads that play without your choice.

These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device’s IP address, device type and operating system, approximate location derived from the IP address, and how you interact with the ad. Tile Atlas does not ask for permission to track you across other apps and websites, so the game does not share your device’s advertising identifier.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before ads are requested, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings inside the game. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Apple

Apple may collect information about app downloads, purchases and crashes as described in Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you choose to share crash reports or analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may share anonymised diagnostics with us.

How We Use Information

Information processed through the services above is used only to deliver your purchases, show the ads you choose to watch, fix problems and keep the game running. We don’t sell personal information.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You never have to watch an ad; the game can be played without them.
  • In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can change your ad consent in Settings → Privacy Settings inside the game.
  • Deleting the game removes everything it stored on your device.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information held about you. Since we don’t hold your progress or identity, most requests are best made to the services named above; we’re happy to help if you contact us.

Children’s Privacy

Tile Atlas is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will help remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If a future version of Tile Atlas changes how information is handled, for example by adding cloud saves or accounts, we will update this page and its revision date before that version is released.
